From a kitchen ritual to a truck on the road
ChaiSpresso started as a weekend hobby — pulling shots for friends, grinding cardamom by hand, dialing in the perfect cortado. When friends started asking us to bring it to their weddings, we built the truck. Today we serve hundreds of guests a month across Chicagoland and we still treat every cup like the first one.
We're small on purpose. Every event is staffed by the same hands that built the menu — so the chai you taste is the chai we taste.

Compact enough for backyards, equipped enough for ballrooms. Our truck carries a commercial espresso machine, dual grinders, hot water for chai service, and everything we need to run for hours without a hookup.
